Giovani “Gio” Valdriz is a 21-year-old street and documentary photographer who grew from a campus-journalist background. His main interest is on photographing tradition, culture, and the people. He’s a member of Dalikan Youth Artist Collective in La Union, Philippines and has actively participated in various local events. Passionate with his craft, he co-founded Sirpat—a street photography community in La Union that conducts regular photowalks and exhibits. Together with his co-artists in Dalikan, he participated in the 14th Tam-Awan International Arts Festival last October 2024.

He’s an amateur photographer looking forward to sharing more of his process and insights to the world.
